TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The seller reserves the right to change the price and/or specifications of any/all of its products at its portal without notice.

2. List of standardized products displayed are normally available readily with the seller. But, in certain circumstances, if a particular product is not available ex-stock, the dispatch may take 5-6 days from the date of the order to dispatch the goods.

3. For items manufactured by Blown-film process, there might be a variation of +/- 10% in the thickness/dimension of the product across the width/length of the product which should not form a basis of return of the goods.

4. Standardised goods sold are generally returnable at customer’s cost within a period of 5 days from the date of receipt at customers’s end. However, products which have been custom-made are not returnable.

5. Seller is responsible only for timely handing-over of the goods to the transporter/ courier specified by the customer. After that the customer needs to check/follow-up with the carrier for the consignment.

6. GST number once specified, cannot be changed. The seller does not take any responsibility for refusal of Input Tax Credit if the GSTIN entered is incorrect or does not match with the name of the firm given by the customer or for any other reason.

7. Disputes, if any, are subject to Bahadurgarh jurisdiction only.

8. Weight dispatched may vary from weight ordered in certain cases where, due to the nature of the product, it is not possible to dispatched exactly the same weight.
