Refund Policy

1. Every Sale Return claimed shall be checked with regard to the time of return, objection raised, quantity returned, condition of the returned material etc. so as to decide upon the acceptablility of the claim. Every claim which is accepted by the website shall be duly acknowledged to the buyer by means of mail/sms/Whatsapp and the total amount of the claim so admitted shall be communicated.

2. Such amount shall be duly refunded within a period of 7 days from the date of acceptance of such claim to the respective account of the buyer as was used in purchasing the goods. Any request for change of account for such refund from the buyer shall have to be accompanied by a notarized Affidavit stating the reason for the request and undertaking to indemnify in case of any fraud.

3. Disputes, if any, are subject to Bahadurgarh jurisdiction.
